Work-life balance is about creating and maintaining supportive and healthy work environments, which will enable to have balance between work and personal responsibilities and thus strengthen employee loyalty and productivity. Long work hours and highly stressful jobs not only hamper ability to harmonize work and family life but also have some physical and mental health implications. One should keep in mind that there is nothing like a perfect balance. It is different from person to person. Each has to define his / her version and make it a reality.

This programme will look at work-life balance from the perspectives of both – organisation as well as an individual and what needs to be done from their ends?
