POSH Training

POSH is an important statutory framework. However, the quality of a workplace cannot be built by compliance alone.

Employees also need to understand what respectful professional behaviour looks like in everyday situations—during conversations, meetings, messages, travel, informal interactions, reporting relationships and increasingly digital workplaces.

At IPPG, therefore, we approach POSH through three interconnected dimensions:

Awareness of the framework.
Understanding of workplace behaviour.
Confidence in organisational processes.

Our objective is not merely to communicate what employees should not do. It is to help them develop the judgement required to understand boundaries, communicate professionally, respond responsibly and contribute to a workplace characterised by dignity and respect.
